We are pleased that you are interested in registering your child for the Casita Maria After School Program. Here are the following registration dates (arranged by grade level) for your child’s enrollment in the Elementary After School Program and paperwork you will need to bring with you to the registration event.
Note: 40 slots are available for each grade below. First Come, First Served!
Applications available during business hours of 9AM to 6PM on the following dates:
- Monday, August 28, 2017: Kindergarten to 1st grade
- Tuesday, August 29, 2017: 2nd to 3rd grade
- Wednesday, August 30, 2017: 4th to 5th grade
- Thursday, August 31, 2017: "Open Slots" Mixer (This date does not guarantee any slot in the program.)
Please note, each item below is required for your child to be able to register and attend our after school program. The application must be completed in-person at the Casita Maria office on the intake days stated above. Registration may take awhile, so please plan accordingly for this procedure and have patience with our staff.
Place a check and initial next to each application requirement that you will be submitting to Casita Maria. All documents must be complete before your child is accepted into the program!
